The reboot loop seems to happens only if you have a custom bootloader. If you rooted using superboot method you should be OK and shouldn't run in to reboot loop issues. However, if you went with the custom bootloader route to get root and run in to the infinite loop problem after updating then you'll need to wipe cache to fix the reboot loop.First, if you have ADB/Moto drivers installed on the PC:
Second, if you have CWM/TWRP:
- Reboot phone in to fastboot.
- Open up console on the PC and type in: fastboot erase cache
- After that, type in: fastboot reboot
If you have a custom bootloader installed, try method 2 first.
- Reboot into fastboot.
- Select Recovery option to boot in to your custom recovery
- Clear cache through this recovery
- Reboot.
That should wipe cache and then reboot your phone. It'll start normally. You'll get an error message saying update didn't work.
Ya... Moto G actualizado a 4.4.3 sin problemas.
Tengo root, recovery twrp y xposed + gravitybox
Lo que hice:
1) desactivar gravitybox
2) volver a recovery stock
3) bajar e instalar ota
4) volver a activar xposed y gravitybox
5) volver a recovery twrp
6) root no se pierde.
Eso!!!
